I highly recommended this hotel, madali din sya ma access. madali din sila kausap kasi nagpalipat ako ng room ung may mayon view. that why I really satisfied, saka di ka mababasa ng ulan once nag papick sa grab kasi covered ung lobby 👍👍👍

Great Stay with Amazing Views Loved the breakfast buffet! The location is convenient, and the view of Mayon is absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended!

Room was clean. And breakfast was good. There is an on going renovation beside the restaurant. And my room view was not in the side of Mayon. Restroom was difficult to use because water was limited and there was no door to shower area, making the water splash all over at the toilet part.

It uncomfortable the hotel because the sink was so dirty.the toilet it was bad shower didn't work properly. The breakfast it was not proper buffet..I was dessapointed we check in late but the room was not ready because we they give us wrong room.

Okay naman yung room and cr, pero no ref, no extra slippers, no cabinet/s, no blower and iron, poor wifi connection and humihina din aircon. Buti nalang masarap food and beverages sa Jeremy's kitchen kaya okay din naman ang experience. Thank you
