Fairly tired hotel, stayed here many times but it seems to going downhill slowly. Not very clean, the carpet in the room needed hoovering. Decent enough bed and amenities for the price, but food indifferent and the bar a bit expensive. In addition, it’s a long way out of Leeds with a really fiddly route into the city centre. The hotel has seen better days, but the location and price are very good. Can’t really fault the room I was in, it was clean and comfortable. Note that phone signal for O2 is very bad (only 3G) and you have to pay £7 for WiFi access. Parking is also £5 per night. But overall I’d stay again if I need to be in that area.

A couple of sunny evenings so I was able to go for an explore around the area close to the hotel. Situated close to several interesting places to visit the hotel is ideal for visitors from out of the area.

Night porter service excellent
Morning manager on duty helpful
Room booked wasn’t the room given
Housekeeping needs to check on rooms cleaned as ours wasn’t.
The hairdryer draw dirty bathroom tiles and side of basin dirty, grips behind door and toilet seat needed thorough clean.
iPhone Charger left behind took housekeeping from26th May to Monday 7th June just got constant excuses when chasing this up on the phone.
Was going to have Breakfast until I saw how dried up everything was looked abysmal greasy got a taxi into Leeds had breakfast there. All in All this hotel has serious issues regarding not only the cleanliness of the bathrooms but the way the food is prepared and presented to make you want to eat one. Plus coffee is very bitter from the machine.

Received a different room to what I asked for , been disabled I asked for a wet room, I received a bath.
The breakfast was terrible, rock hard bacon, mushrooms were wrinkled and had no taste, black pudding wasn’t cooked and neither were the hash browns.

Reasonable enough hotel for the price. Appeared to be a bit of a staffing shortage, ok checking in but long waits to get a drink at the bar. Cost of the stay a bit deceptive as you have to add the nightly parking charge. Handy for airport but a bit of a drag getting into the city.

At reception stated I hadn’t booked 2 rooms or paid, so embarrassing, eventually found my booking but no apology from the staff. Rooms were clean, beds not very comfortable, very busy with coach tours, didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment
