Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

chambre agreable, mais nous avons un degat des eaux dans notre chambre a 4h du matin... le personnel nous a donne une autre chambre pour depanner, mais la nouvelle chambre est tres bruyante... nous n'avons pas pu dormir le petit dejeuner est a la carte, mais pour avoir un cafe il faut aller a la machine (car le serveur n'a pas pris en compte ma commande)

房間很大，有歷史文化感，房間裡可以達到五星，入住時辦手續的前台服務很好，退房時的前台也可以，下午取存包時的前台是黑人，態度不好，對我們衹是冷淡，但她自己還和同事説前面的客人事多，這個前台是本次旅行見到的服務最差的，酒店就在火車站旁邊

酒店前台服務非常好，仔細介紹周邊環境以及出行路線，房間衞生也很好，遺憾的是設施老化造成台盆下水不暢，使用不方便。

早餐不錯，是點單的，蘑菇很好吃，雖然其實全英早餐吃多了都差不多了，也有別的可以選擇，比如三文魚配麵包之類的

I loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo 訂房網站 and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

性價比很高，地理位置很好，離利茲站很近。停車不方便，酒店停車位有限要20多鎊，附近幾乎沒有停車位，也要差不多價格。但是房間比較大，床品很舒服，衞生很乾凈，免費的水品牌也不錯。

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Stopped here for a night and slept like a log, beautiful building, top notch all around!

I recently stayed at Quebecs Hotel in Leeds for one night, and I wanted to share my mixed experience. The location was convenient, especially given my unexpected overnight stay due to a train cancellation. The room was clean and had a great location near the train station. However, I felt a sense of unease during check-in, as my boyfriend and I, both Asian students, seemed to be treated differently compared to other seemingly wealthier guests. It's disheartening to feel this disparity in treatment. One notable issue was the lack of transparency regarding extra charges. While there was a notice about minibar charges affecting our £50 deposit, there was no mention of additional charges for toiletries. When we requested a toothbrush set, we were given it without any mention of the extra cost. It's not about the money (£7 in total), but the hotel's failure to communicate these charges upfront is disappointing and feels dishonest. Moreover, being placed on the ground floor, we expected some external noise, but the loud chatting between receptionists and other customers at 9:30 am was quite disruptive. I understand that noise is inevitable, but I believe the hotel should take more care in minimizing morning disturbances, especially for ground floor guests. I do not think this level of customer service reaches 4-star hotel standards, and I hope the hotel takes steps to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, my stay at Quebecs Hotel had its positives, but the issues with transparency and the feeling of being treated unequally left me with a less-than-satisfactory experience. I hope the hotel can address these concerns to improve the overall customer experience.
