Basic hotel with the essentials – comfortable enough, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, it’s quite noisy at night due to thin walls, slamming doors, and outside noise. Fine for a short stay if you’re not a light sleeper. Bring earplugs.

Lovely stay close to city centre. 15 min walk into centre for shopping and night out. Great night sleep, breakfast excellent value only disappointment was the shower as the head leaked and spray had a diameter of about 10cm so it was difficult to get fully wet. All in all great value and convenient with car park available.

It was an amazing stay, enjoyed it, though for a day. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean and well organized, the bed was comfortable, soft and very welcoming I didn't want to wake up for check out. Will definitely return. Had pasta in the restaurant and that was not good at all. Needs improvement.

房間設施不錯，服務態度很好，入住手續也非常簡潔方便，酒店的位置也很好，旁邊有個Tesco超市，周邊都是高級住宅區安全性很有保障，步行至利茲火車站衹需15分鐘。

Hotel was very nice, clean & great breakfast. The check in experience was not good. Check in was from 2pm and as we arrived early and our room was not ready we went for some food in the bar. Approximately 2.15 went to collect our key and told there would be a 15 to 20 mins delay due to housekeeping not finishing all the rooms. No system for coming to tell you when room ready or offer of a drink. Had to go twice to ask if the room was ready as others who had just arrived seemed to get booked straight in. It was going up to 3pm before we entered our room which spoilt our plans for the afternoon.

It is very beautiful and luxurious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. This is not a complaint but a suggestion; can there be hand cream in the bathrooms after washing our hands? Nice place to stay in Leeds
