Not happy with 訂房網站.co.uk as I booked a club room with free access to gym and pool. But when about to enter gym/swimming pool they refused saying that it was a standard double room. Even though it was a club room, and all club rooms include free access to gym and pool. Lady in gym reception refused to let us in even though it clearly stated in the email confirmation that it was a club room with free access. Lady still refused and demanded money to use the gym and pool. I asked for management. They said because i booked through 訂房網站.com (third party) it did not allow. Absolutely ridiculous.

Always get what you expect at Village. Clean and tidy room, easy check in/out, lovely breakfast. Little disappointed with the price but was due to an organised event in the locality.
