Very dissapointed maily with the position it's definitely not central Leeds. We asked directions and was sent to the wrong Holiday Inn cost fortune in a taxi to get to our Hotel over all we spent over £36 in taxi s it was so away from central Leeds plus a disability problem .. YOU WOULDNT WALK THIS AREA IN THE DARK pretty dismal. The hotel it's self was alight but not great .The breakfast was good and plenty of it..Would I come back again NO

complimentary breakdast was great, loved the ease and efficiency, just wished there was more for vegetarians mushrooms, veggie sausages, cheeses. Staff were friendly and relaxed - hope to come back

Only had better experience at the check-in desks, restaurant staff and cleaning team are either no verbal communication or asking questions in commanding behaviour. Simply don't feel at ease to stay with this level of service.

The location of hotel is quite lovely. However, we been allocated the shared room with wooden doors to another room. At night people in another room were watching TV and talking and the noise isolation was poor.

從來沒住過這麼差的三人間（家庭房）房間極其狹窄，根本不適合三人入住，根本沒有放行李箱的地方，梳化床中間下窪，腰直接無法支撐！衞生間也很小，設計了一個雙開門勉強把衞生間和洗漱間可以分開使用，這個可能是酒店的設計亮點吧，我覺得和國內的如家差不多吧！提供附近立體停車場車位停車，但要付費每天5磅，衹能一次出入，（多次自己付費），早餐很一般！唯一的優點可能是在價位上和對品牌的信任，但這次很失望，不過離市中心還算近，步行20分鐘，附近有條河，很適合步行到市中心

提早了到酒店(約12:00)，問前台可否check in ，前台服務員幫忙查核一下，回覆可以，令我們可以早些放下行李箱，輕輕鬆鬆外出逛逛！👍 酒店服務，設施都好，早餐款式種類多😋。隔離就是Royal Armouries Museum ，可以參觀及認識英國的兵械歷史。😊 附近商店少，只有幾間食肆，如Pizza Express ，及Tesco Express ，步行約15分鐘有一商場Crown Point Shopping Centre。😊 與火車站及市中心有一段距離，步行約要20分鐘，如拖住行李箱就會比較艱苦，因為英國的路面不平滑😣
