Very basic for infrequent travellers. Small single room with a small bed.

This hotel cancelled on me in the middle of the night and left me stranded, as a single young type one diabetic female with no where else to stay. The only excuse they had was “we can’t find the booking”. I spent the next two hours having to find myself a hotel that could spare a room because it was the pride festivaland there was a wedding there was no rooms in most places (the hotel didn’t even offer to help me find somewhere else). Then the next day when requesting my money back..all of a sudden they can now find my booking and so refuse to give me my money back? I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and can now see from other people’s reviews that I’m not the only one. Extremely disappointed and upset that I had to spend all of my birthday dealing with this

It is what it is for the price but serious issues re decor. Room was clean though but very outdated and poorly maintained. Cheap and 'cheerful'. Bed bugs on pillow,( we took our own).nice powerful shower. Tea making facilities in room. Nice staff at counter.

Artin, & colleagues can’t do enough for people. Extra pillow/towel & a very welcome fan. Unlimited tea & coffee & firm comfortable bed.
