staff was not cooperative even they are showing attitude like they cant do anything  we asked for towels and bedsheets change the helpdesk attendent told me its not his duty and they dont have staff they can do it and also they let us feel that we are not members so they cant give us any service  we paid for this if you cant handle your customers without membership why would you book rooms for them just entertain only members

"Great Value, Impeccably Clean, and Delicious Breakfast!" I had an excellent stay at Hampton inn Hotel! This property truly offers great bang for your buck. The rooms were spotless, with attention to every detail, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was a standout feature—plenty of options, from fresh fruits and yogurt to hot items like eggs, waffles, and breakfast meats. Everything was fresh and replenished quickly, even during peak times. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring the dining area stayed clean and welcoming. For the price, the quality and service exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!

This is our go to hotel for anytime we plan to go on a 訂房網站, rooms are clean, service is excellent and the breakfast is always great and if you’re flight leaves before breakfast they give you to go bags which I think is the best especially when traveling with kids.

몬트리올에서 에드먼턴 비행으로 인해 숙박이 필요해서 잡았습니다. 위치는 공항과 5분 거리로 가깝습니다. 시설은 오래되서 낡아 있습니다. 또 한 청소를 했는지 의심이 듭니다. 샤워실 바닥은 곰팡이가 펴있고 샤워기에 물때가 껴있고 가구엔 먼지가 많았습니다. 그리고 내가 잡은 방은 1침대 1 쇼파베드 였지만 쇼파베드는 어디에도 찾을 수 없었습니다. 시간이 너무 늦고, 힘든 비행으로 문의하지 않았고, 잠시 머무는 곳이기에 문의하지 않았습니다. 힐튼은 비슷하게 조식 서비스를 줍니다. 에그요리, 단백질(햄이나 베이컨), 감자요리, 여러가지 빵, 요플레, 와플, 시리얼 외 것을 줍니다. 청소만 신경 쓴다면 좋겠습니다.

Convenient location near Edmonton Airport and accessible by free shuttle bus. Very courteous staff and good service. Rooms are clean, but the carpets, furniture, and bathrooms are dated and could be upgraded. Comfortable beds with good pillows. Good breakfast selection and all day coffee added value.
