整體來説這個酒店還可以了，畢竟在這樣的一個地方，這麼偏遠的地方能有一個住宿都還不錯了，感覺還可以。下次還會考慮

Location near the city, overall clean and comfortable, the only one I didn't like is no lift

+: 1. Got a bigger room (in my booking, 1 queen bed & 1 single bed but given with 1 queen bed & 2 single beds). 2. Good and working fine aircon and water heater. 3. Clean bed, towels, room, toilet, glasses. 4. Clear TV broadcast. 5. Good WiFi. 6. Good lighting. 7. Has room slippers, toiletries (but not sure the liquid in the dispenser in the bathroom is a shampoo or body wash. When I applied it to my hair, it didn't feel good), kettle, complimentary water bottles, hair dryer and glasses. 8. Good security system - the rooms block only can be entered by guests who have key card. 9. Has windows. -: 1. Room and toilet had a bit unpleasant smell. 2. There was a water supply distruption when I had my shower till need to contact the management to be fixed. 3. Not sound proof room, my mum complained on hearing a sound. 4. No lift. 5. Room is located at different block from the receptionist block. 6. Only 1 key room is provided so it's hard to move separately as a group.

i book 2 room at the hotel a month ago.. but when i check in at 11pm due to work... the reception said that they already give it to another customer.. the hotel owner did solve it by finding us a homestay.. but for me.. this kind of thing should never even happen even if the reception just start working on his 1st day... so for those who want to stay... better check in early... im grateful for the owner to help us find a place to stay for a night.. pay for it.. even give us refund... but im still dissapoint with what had happen..
