Semua Kakitangan mula dari kami menginap pada 15 Ogos hingga keluar 17 Ogos 2025 sungguh profesional dan mesra. Bagi yang beragama Islam tempat beribadat disediakan dan dalam keadaan bersih dan selesa. Facility nya ada swimming pool dicadangkan dibukakan 24 jam. Cadangan diwujudkan jugak gym 24 jam. Selain dari itu housekeeping did a great and helpful job. Well done all the staff in hotel seri Malaysia. Salam from Brunei Darussalam.

算是老越最好的酒店了，唯一不足的是這麼大的酒店竟然門禁卡系統壞了很長時間卻沒弄好，搞得進出都麻煩一直得叫服務員開門，至於早餐也太一般了，房費稍微偏高。

The room is spacious. But no amenities such as toothbrush, shower cap or disposal slipper available. I like that the room has mini fridge which I can keep my drinks cold. Breakfast is satisfactory, with quite a few choices. But the taste is average, the sarawak laksa soup is too bland.

The room and toilet is good, however the air conditioning is too old and it is slow to reduce the temperature inside the room. Nevertheless, the hotel reception is responsive by calling and offer to switch the room.
