The hotel's location is quite good as there is a café below the building. However, the cleanliness is just so-so, and the service is also quite slow.

Cute and new boutique hotel with a very good cafeteria next door. Rooms are rather small but good value for money. The rooms and bathroom are clean and the hotel is generally bright with a cheerful atmosphere. The front desk staff are respectful and very helpful. Will come back again

Surprisingly so much better than expected! Maybe because the hotel is still brand new, so we had a really amazing stay! Room: Sparkling clean, spacious (ample space to pray especially for Muslim customers like us), comfortable bed and pillows. Most importantly, no weird smell. Toilet: Also very clean. Hot shower was functioning well. Amenities: Toiletries, clean towels, room slippers, iron, hair dryer, and kettle are provided. Location: Within Lawas township, and a lot of nearby restaurants Service: Registration staff is very helpful. Thank you!

I think this is the most nice hotel in Lawas. However, dont stay room at the back as too close to the opposite shop freezer noise. And making us cannot sleep for the whole night.
