We should have checked too but were disappointed to find out that this hotel is in Alta Badia, almost an hour away from Ortisei where we intended to be based. 訂房網站 shouldn't flag out this hotel when we search for Ortisei because the hotel is not in Val Gardena but in Val Badia. Thus we were misled to book it. Having said that the hotel has a very good breakfast (included) and a good onsite restaurant La Tor. The mattresses are however too soft. Also would have appreciated provision of tissue paper, kettle, fridge, which are pretty standard now in hotels.

Das kleine charmante Boutique Hotel besticht durch seine Liebe zum Detail. Sehr sauber, toller Service und Freundlichkeit. Das tolle daran ist, dass gleich nebenan ein Restaurant mit gehobenen Speisen sich befindet. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an einer Straße. Von hier aus können Wanderer gleich in die Berge zu Fuß starten oder mit dem Bus weiter in die faszinierende Bergwelt der Dolomiten einsteigen. Ich komme gerne wieder im Herbst.

Very nice and helplfull staf. Would definitely return there another time. Great staff at the restaurant as well.
