We stayed for 3 nights, the rooms were fully paid, and we paid deposit when we checked in, and we used some SPA services, which we paid by room charge. We put on a Do not disturb sign but someone from the front desk rang the door bell and gave us a letter saying that we need to top up the deposit. We believe that it's highly unprofessional and emailed them saying they can charge our credit card with whatever amount they need to charge. But they insisted we needed to clear the bill right away. We just stayed for one night and we felt terrible about this.

Der Service ist für ein 5-Stern-Hotel unterdurchschnittlich. Einige Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und nicht darum bemüht, den Gästen einen exzellenten Service zu gewährleisten. Besonders schlecht ist der Service an der Bar. Es gibt bessere Optionen für einen besseren Preis in Lausanne.

Modernes Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Pool/Spa viel zu klein - zuviele Leute. Das Frühstück war gut aber im Schweizerhof Hotel Bern besser. Parkanlage schön.

法語區的人普遍比較熱情，整個洛桑很美，算是瑞士行裡面最流連忘返的地方，這個酒店客房服務都OK，餐廳還有大堂衞生間的服務員都很友好，就是泳池有個女服務員態度不怎麼樣，其他工作人員都不錯，離著火車站2站地鐵🚇，火車站出來走路去也行，大概900米，出了火車站就一直往湖邊直走就OK，早餐還是可以的，房間樓道都比較新，因為我們住在新的樓，走廊會有門禁，酒店對面有家咖啡館特別好喝，一定得去，如果下次來洛桑還是會住這裡。目前瑞士住的這些酒店裡麵，這家酒店算好的了，後來我們去格林德瓦住簡直了，懷念洛桑！

酒店位置步行可以到湖邊和市中心，入住有送巧克力和香檳，房間客廳和臥室有兩個小陽台，可以看到遠處的湖。酒店的法國餐廳做的一般，不過呢，外面餐廳更難吃。最好的就是餐廳服務生都很帥。
