I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Everything was well taken care of, and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Our stay at Splendido Hotel in Tagaytay was truly relaxing and memorable. The hotel has a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the greenery and the cool Tagaytay breeze. The staff were all very accommodating and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the amenities—especially the pool and golf course—which gave us both relaxation and recreation. The location is also a plus since it’s close to Tagaytay’s main attractions yet far enough to enjoy a quiet retreat away from the busy spots. Overall, Splendido Hotel gave us great value for money and a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in Tagaytay.

We book a room at 12th flr 1208 to be exact my concern was when i tried using the lamp it smells like burning i just turn it off Hopefully they fix it soon

We had a plesant stay here, i know already that the view were superb, the receptionist is very approachable and honest, the guards are very welcoming also, we also tried the food in cafe soto thought not all are available but my husband like the taste of the pork and brocolli stirfried. Maybe just a renovation on the tiles its too old and moving, amenities are lacking also may e an additional chair and a small table will do, hair dryer set up also is a necessity especially to ladies 😉 make sure there is available 😅 but overall stay was great we achieved the relaxation that we wanted. Also the home service massage is very relaxing….

the room was good although nobody made up our room even if we were on day 3 already. service was very poor sorry to say. havent used their wifi for the whole stay and they would say because its peak season. they know December is always peak season so they should do something to improve amenity. it took us 1.5 hours before we could eat our meal becoz if the same reason that they are understaff and uts peak season. the place though is nice. overlooking Taal lake

The Christmas Gala’s menu was not good, the meat of the chicken kebab was so dry,the clam chowder taste awful not the usual clam chowder you expect it to be,the meat of the beef caldereta is still tough, there was no ice for the drinks. Then the free breakfast buffet was a disaster,it was past 8am there was no food,no food attendants..we have to cook pur own eggs coz the post was abandoned.. they ended up serving plated food..the tocino was still frozen and uncooked..he had to cook it at the egg station..the chicken kebab from last night was served again in a different dish.most guests gave up and was not able to eat at all..it was a very disappointing especially it was for a Christmas vacation.

The location is beautiful, with a view of Taal Volcano from your window. It is also close to Tagaytay Sky Ranch. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to relax.
