民宿形式，房間不錯，乾淨。負責接待的服務很差。接待人員不知道與房主什麼關係，中間的溝通還要訂房網站介入。

Extremely disorganized experience. There was no room assignment at all—it was essentially 'first come, first served,' regardless of what room number was booked. When we arrived, our reserved room was already occupied. The host just told us to pick any leftover room. To make matters worse, someone kept banging on our door in the middle of the night claiming we were in their room. A very stressful and unprofessional stay. Do not recommend.

Really loved staying here, didn't want to leave! Such a big house minutes from central Launceston. There were lots of showers and toilets so never waiting. Felt at home in the kitchen, and lovely to sit down in the evening looking at the lights of Launceston. Wifi was good and strong, loved staying here!

신규오픈한지 얼마 안된곳이라 특히나 한국인 리뷰가 없어서 걱정반설렘반 예약했는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 넓고 깨끗하며 사진 그대로의 시설이 모두 정말 좋았구요! 숙박시 불편함 전혀없이 가격도 착하게 예약하게되어 아주 좋았습니다. 엄청 언덕위에 있긴한데 덕분에 뷰가 아주 좋습니다.

It’s a super nice share house with a great view of the Launceston city. There’s four rooms if I’m not wrong, and you have access to the shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Most amenities are available which is pretty convenient. It’s also clean and comfortable. Downsides are the parking might not always be sufficient, and if you have a big luggage you’ll need to note that you might need to carry them up and down the stairs.

Nice room with affordable rate. Although no issue during my stay, but I think the cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved.
