拉斯維加斯旅遊旅館 (Travelodge by Wyndham Las Vegas)

The room smelled awful and was far from clean. They posted a notice on the door about charges for damaged items, but the mattress cover was already damaged by cigarette burns. I had no clue about the state of this room, and they didn’t even ask if I was a smoker before placing me in a smoking room. If you’re looking for a terrible experience, this is the place to go.

酒店位置不錯 很容易找到 停車位免費充足 房間設施老舊 衞生程度一般 但是便宜啊 游泳池開放時間10:00-20:00 來晚了使用不了 有點遺憾 酒店入住需要100刀現金 不接受信用卡預授權 在大堂的ATM取款一次許多衹能200 收費3.5 建議提前準備好現金 另外早餐準備不足 來晚了不一定能吃到

其他其實能接受 畢竟價格擺在那，主要不足就是有味道（據説那就是葉子的味道？）

The location was terrific, right beside the main entrance of Circus Circus. Saving you the trouble of telling your driver which Travelodge i am head too. Bed are a bit soft for me and the pillow are tiny. But the housekeeping is very good with their job. The front desk is both friendly and accommodating when we requested for early check in. Only this particular red hair lady that is totally the opposite that took away the points for service. Best of all, they do not charge resort fees to guests.

友達と二人で泊まったが、ラスベガスの中心部にも歩いて20分ぐらいと好立地でよかった。 清掃もきちんとされていた。 フロントもきちんと対応してくれた。 デポジットとして、現金100ドルと稅金？の3ドルをチェックイン時に要求されるのでチェックイン前に約100ドルを用意する必要がある。 チェックアウトの時きちんと100ドルは帰ってきた。 シャワーもしっかり暖かいのがでた。シャワージェルと石鹸が置いてあった。ドライヤーはあった。冷蔵庫はなかった。金庫は使えない。エアコンはつかえた。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれたのでよかった。 宿費用を節約するにはもってこいのホテルだった。 機會があればまた泊まりたい。

Llegué el Día 21 de agosto al hotel , los aires acondicionados son Ruidosos y antiguos, en horas de la madrugada fui a la recepción a preguntar de la manera mas respetuosa si se podía cambiar la habitación o hacer algo al respecto, pero me encontré con una desagradable y muy grosera atención de parte de una recepcionista llamada Erika, recibí una serie de gritos y palabras desobligantes de parte de ella, no entendía porque vociferaba de esa manera y cuando le pregunté porque me trataba así, me respondió que su padre había falllecido hacía tres días, que me largara de ahí y no la molestara, incluso, trato mal a un Sr de mantenimiento (muy amable el) llamado Juan Pablo porque se salió de la recepción a ofrecerme una disculpa. por lo demás el resto del personal incluidas las camareras muy amables y comprensivas, muy bueno el aseo y la atención, de hecho una de ellas fue la que me dio el nombre de esta Sra el cual pedí para poder colocar la queja, muy delicado que tengan como la “cara de mostrar” a un personaje tan desagradable y neurótico. Espero tomen medidas al respecto, al cliente siempre se le debe atender bien, más aún cuando este es respetuoso, muchas gracias.

Very friendly and the price is reasonable so I am satisfied. It is a good place to stay cheaply in Las Vegas.

Room is terrible. Pillow are to soft. Bathroom door not clossing. We don't have key to access our room we need to ask the front desk to open our room. Breakfast is terrible...

The room was so small it was barely enough room for four people to be comfortable. The air conditioning kept turning off so we could feel the heat from it being so hot outside . Their idea of complementary breakfast was a bite size muffin with a choice of apple or orange . It was very cheap so I guess I can’t complain to much 

Súper bien ubicado, personal muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones ya tienen sus añitos pero la limpieza impecable
