The floors needed to be shampooed. The hotel hallways smelled like cigarettes. The sheets and towels were uncomfortable. The shower head was worse than a best western. There wasn’t a coffee maker. The tv was large and new but wasn’t a smart TV to access any streaming services. And there wasn’t any room service or a booklet with hotel and restaurant info. For the price, I expected more. I could have payed the same price for a better hotel. It served its purpose though.

We were surprised how large it was. I gave average rating as the hotel needs updating. We had a dripping tub faucet, The bed was so soft , that I felt my bottom touched the floor as my head & feet went up. The pillow was also very uncomfortable. There two days too long. I’ve had spine surgery & need a firm bed. My husband needs heavier blankets & we found no extra. We did like the convenience of the food court, restaurant, bakery goods, cinema & bowling alley besides all ****** slot machines. The registration desk was nice & helped us use the Uber app, as we are technology impaired.
