The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Despite staying there for the first time they made me feel like I'd been staying there many times. The facilities, design and architecture were of the old school atmosphere, but clean, well-maintained and upgraded. I was unable to go the Speigel's restaurant during my stay, but a friend of mine did and said it was great. I don't doubt it. I will stay there again.

I’ve never encountered such rude staff. Only one of them was polite. No one informed us that the amenities could only be used until 12:00 AM. As a result, we couldn’t use them. When we asked the front desk how to use the amenities between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM, they told us that the amenity fee would just go to waste. Is it acceptable for staff to say something like that?
