Initially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.

There was no toilet paper in the room - I am not sure if that's a standard. The owner of the building is an extremely rude person - you can just hope you would never have any dealings with him during your stay. There is a good restaurant at the bottom of the hotel, but if you have room Me.201, you'll get a lot of that BBQ aroma... I wish the staff of this hotel would be at least a bit friendly. The place is OK for sleeping and it would be even better if people there would care...

The room picture is outdated. TV not working. Wifi no internet connection. Linens have faint stains. The building itself is old and in not so good condition. The canteen at the ground level that you need to pass through before the rooms reeks of used cooking oil.

The location of the place is very convenient and the hotel itself is not too bad either. But...the staff doesn't know anything about being friendly - they are just very neutral and kind of annoyed people. Kinda like you're bothering because you need to check out... To make things worse - the owner of the building is extremely rude and almost aggressive... In my 20 years coming to the Philippines, I've never encountered such mean person... And all that because I hung my 3 pieces of clothes on the roof of the building - which by the way is not restricted by any sign .. The man was so unreasonable.
