1. We checked in 2:30 pm and they said check in time is 3:00 pm.. and since early check in , the 3k deposit cant be be waived . However saw their compendium and it says 2:00 pm check in. So i insisted , good they waived the 3k deposit... but still contradicting policy 2 . They should taste the free coffee in the room.. grabe ang same ng lasa . Their manager should taste it Now so theyll know how bad it tastes. 3 the headboard is dusty . Triggers my rhinitis 4 their saving grace? Staff are courteous.

When I arrived at the hotel and told the front desk that the air conditioning wasn't working, the staff immediately told me to check into my room, but I discovered that the air conditioning filter was very dirty and not working. The air conditioning wasn't working so I asked for a fan to be installed, but it took two hours for them to come to my room. I asked several times, but they didn't install it until I checked out. The building itself is very old and the walls are peeling.

Stayed here for an event. Rooms were on the fifth floor. Hotel was beside a cemetery. Disappointing: - we were locked out of our rooms multiple times coz their e-locks kept malfunctioning - water didn’t drain properly in the shower area - breakfast was disappointing - wardrobe cabinet had strands of hair Their saving grace: - The staff were so warm and accomodating; Courteous and attentive - Lots of places where you can buy food near the hotel

The staff is very accomodating and respectful they will be there for you to assist this is best trademark for this hotel. Breakfast is good too.

It was a good deal. Good location. Good food. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Superb! Will definitely come back. One of reco hotel's in metro. Not too crowded. We really like the pool at night.

Very very nice and clean.  The price is well worth it.  Not far from airport.  The staff is as friendly as it gets and always helpful.  Their breakfast is simply fantastic.  I stay there several times a year.
