This was the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel or accommodation. Check-in and check-out were a hassle because there was no reception, and the owner didn’t respond to my calls or messages. The heater was broken, the microwave was filthy with a terrible smell, and everything was dusty. The flat didn’t seem properly maintained at all. I would not stay here again.
