Overall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

非常好！！是我感覺這趟旅途中最舒服最好的酒店了。床品特別舒服，房間很乾凈，房間光線也很好，早飯也很好。這個區域在智利市區來説應該是蠻安全的了，整個區域的環境也很乾凈有秩序，靠近超市，附近也有商場，基本每天都很多人住這邊。

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

La ubicacion a pocas cuadras del alto. El restaurant BBB y tiene un coffe para la noche que venden varias cosas. El desayuno es atomico muy rico y la atencion maravillosa. El proceso de check out y check inn muy rapido.
