服務員態度親切，房間很舒服、寬闊，衞生間的有足夠空間，冷氣夠冷，地點適中，周圍有很多東西吃。可惜的是設備有些老舊了，但是也讓我們住到滿意。

Kali ke2 datang.... Pro: hotel ni blik besar.. katil empuk..bantal pon banyak Smua kelangkapan ckup.. Cons: banyak cat2 yg terkopek..cat luaran pon x mnarik.. Dan chinese lady at counter quite kepochi..my fren come come visit ..kena tanya mau p mana..mana ada receptionist tanya macam tu adoi.... So next pls improve

Surprisingly the hotel are beyond my expectation. Facilities offer are superb for "budget" hotel i.e. hair dyer, MINERAL WATER, toiletries, comfort bed/pillow, cold aircond, etc. In fact, the hotel smells soo good from lobby until our room toilet. Kudos to the Management! Front desk staffs also friendly and helpful. Smooth check in and check out process. Strategic location in the middle of town. Nearby foodies restaurant. There is also convenient store 7-E located next to the hotel. I definitely will book this hotel whenever I visit Taiping in future.

Friendly staff, right in the center of Taiping. Hotel has everything you need, drinking water, AC, bed was ok, shower good and with warm water. A bit noisy at night.
