My overall experience at the hotel was positive. Booking the room was a smooth process, and extending my stay and registering my vehicle were also hassle-free. However, I encountered an unsettling issue with the cleaning staff entering my room without prior notice. This caused me concern as I had left personal belongings, including my phone and handbag, in the room. Upon returning, I found them in the middle of cleaning without my permission. Although they apologized for the mistake, it was a shocking experience for me. Moving forward, I hope the hotel can improve their communication and procedures to ensure guests' privacy and security are respected. Thank you.

This was one rare room among Malaysian hotels where everything worked as it should. Strong shower, hot water flowed evenly, no water seepage and leakage, and deep washbasin. The receptionist was superb. The room and the washroom might be small, but they were well laid out. Well done, Sense Hotel. (Please change the dimming LED bulb in the shower stall.)

Had stay a few occasion in this hotel. Simple hotel for overnight stay. Good location with nearby mall and super markets. Also a nearby food court to have dome meals there. During can next door for a drink at some bars.

The room quite small compare to others. No cupboard just hanger. Got the hair dryer. The lift with access card. Nice interior. Staffs were very friendly and easy to check in and check out. Lots of parking space, basement and in front of hotel. This was my second stay.

Simple hotel with normal facilities. Taiping is a beautiful place especially the lake garden. Nice to enjoy an evening walk. The roads surrounding the had closed so it is much cleaner and safer
