Lokasi sgt strategik.. dekat dgn tasik taiping..zoo taiping.. Dan semua tpt bersejarah. Check in proses sgt mudah.. Sarapan ok aja.. Boleh la.. Cuma dr segi kebersihan bilik perlu ditingkatkan lagi.. Pool boleh guna cuma agak kotor sikit.. Maybe kena kerap cuci br nmpk jernih airnya..

I just have a problem with the cleanliness and the interior building looks quite old. An upgrade in terms of the interior would be great.

The front desk services are excellent, very nice and helpful. The staff are very polite and their service is great. The check in was very smooth and fast. The hotel's cleanliness is great and they even provided a prayer mat.
