維斯塔馬爾海灘度假酒店 (Vista Mar Beach Resort & Country Club Cebu)

We stayed at Vistamar Resort in Mactan from October 11–13, and overall, it was a wonderful and restful experience. The facilities are a bit outdated, but everything worked fine. Rooms were clean and comfortable, linens fresh, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Wi-Fi connection was good, and we enjoyed having free access to Netflix in our room. Food was okay, and we appreciated the 30% discount for in-house guests at the restaurant. Corkage is allowed without any fees, which was a plus. They even gave us complimentary use of the billiards table for my daughter’s birthday—something we truly appreciated. The beach was clean and calm, perfect for swimming or relaxing. We hope the beach hours could be extended from 6 AM to 6 PM, so guests can enjoy early morning dips or sunset views. The pool area could use a bit more maintenance, but it’s not a big issue. Despite some aging facilities, the quiet, peaceful environment made it an ideal place to unwind. We’re grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back. 🫶🏻

Very very remote location with nothing to do there,no evening entertainment, room not cleaned, linen not changed,no water in room on arrival and broken kettle, don't get towels or bed linen dirty very very expensive charges ,wouldn't recommend for the price paid and definitely wouldn't stay there again

The internet connection is frustrating.

Территория красивая, два больших бассейна с теплой водой, много цветов и беседок. Номера и сам отель уже старенькие. Мебель тоже потрепанная, но всё чистое. Пляж есть, но песок только во время отлива. Прямо у берега живут морские звезды у пирса очень много крабиков.

Overall, I would highly recommend vista to anyone looking for a great deal without sacrificing quality - it's an absolute gem!

The resort was hit and miss and left me with mixed emotions. Starting with having to fill out a form while still sitting in the taxi at the entrance gate and having to walk with my bags From the road to the front entrance of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were quite nice with three pools and beautiful views. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the hot water was on demand. There was limited staff. In a three night stay I never saw any maid service servicing any rooms on my floor and had to go looking for supply replacements. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss - good salmon, good tuna sandwiches, stay away from any salad and the club sandwich - and quite pricey. P420 for a basket of french fries. If you were sitting at a poolside table the view was great but you had to get up and go looking for the wait staff every time you wanted anything. No one ever came and checked on you. Everything, including the front desk, closed up at 9:30, lights off doors locked, so you couldn’t sit by the infinity pool in the evening and enjoy a beer and the night sky over the sea. it’s in a gated community and taxis struggle to find it. If you arrive after maybe 9 PM you can find the gates to the community closed and you may be walking the streets with your bags, not particularly comfortable nor safe. The facilities were well-maintained but the resort does not seem to be focused on the individual or small group spending a weekend and appears to be more interested in large functions.

Nice place a little out of the way. Older but still nice. Beach area was nice. Restaurant is limited but food was good. Nice getaway for quite weekend.

I'm enjoying the time and the views there. Service also great.
