룸 컨디션은 개미가 좀 나오지만 좋았는데.... 3일째 되는날 저녁에 엄지손가락 만한 바퀴벌레가 어머니 머리위로 떨어지면서 공포를 느꼇어요. 바퀴벌레 없을 줄 알았는데 아니였던듯 합니다 ㅜㅜ 그리고 호텔 앞 바다에 빠지같은 놀이 시설이 있어서 그거 기대하고 간거였는데 ㅠ 없네요 ㅠㅠ 애들이 많이 아쉬워했습니다. 위치가 좋지는 않지만 그래도 가격대비 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았어요.

1.위치는 막탄 끝쪽이라 앞에 뮈가 없어 불편할 수 있음 2.골드망고 그릴과 가까워 픽업비 쌈 3.앞에서 13페소 내고 아무 지프니타면 뉴막탄까지 가능 4.수영장은 작으나 사람도 별로 없어 전용느낌 남 5.전용비치는 스노클하기에 나쁘진 않음 여기도 사람 없음 6.조식은 가지수 많지 않으나 적당함

タオルの交換をお願いしてくれないと交換してくれなかった。 何泊かして、シーツが汚れてもシーツ交換はなく、ベッドメイキングだけ。 アメニティは歯ブラシのみ。 レストランは高く、通常の3倍程度。何を頼んでもとてもおいしかった。提供されたみずを飲んでもお腹を壊すことはなかった。

They were kind to accomodate me on my requests for assisting my family in the Philippines even just thru emails since i had problems with my flight cancellations and changed schedules. I felt ghey were flexible that made me feel im not speaking to a robot reading some rules and disclaimers but communicating to people with a heart and adjusting to assist me in my troubles with a third party where i made my hotel reservation

I brought my whole family to Be Resort for an overnight weekend get-away. We requested that the rooms be booked close to each other. They were so quick to accommodate and even gave us two rooms that are connected to each other. The rooms were clean, and the double beds were so comfortable. There’s hot and cold shower. There are a couple of machines in the gym that you can use if you need to exercise. You can enjoy a dip in the pool or at the beach. The breakfast buffet has good choices and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.  We enjoyed ourselves during our stay, and will definitely be coming back.

I am with my father who is on wheelchair bound. The management should atleast have a ramp going up/down the beach and buffet area. Not pwd/senior friendly with walking disability. My dad was happy though and crews are willing to assist on carrying him up and down but to atleast minimize the burden of the staff, a ramp or special elevator/lifter for pwd/senior may be helpful.

The hotel rooms were big, the beds were very big, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the pool is big and nice and the beach is cool, I mostly like the floatable obstacle course. Overall this place is the best place to relax. Staying there is the best, GUARANTEED.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. There’s not much choices when it comes to their breakfast buffet. I got charged for a soiled face towel for the first time. It has make up stains from my daughters mascara. I thought they could do something about it once they washed it but they said it cant be removed, no idea if they exerted an effort to remove the make-up stain but I just paid for it as I needed to leave. Not going back to this hotel for that reason simply because they didn’t really handled my issue well,it only show’s how they will handle future customer issues.
