가성비 좋아요 위치도 좋고 주변에 필요한 곳들이 가까워서 좋고 직원분들이 너무 친철했어요 3박했는데 조식 먹으러 갈 때마다 여직원분이 친절하게 말 걸어주시고 이것 저것 설명해주셔서 감사했어요 이름 못 물어 봐서 아쉬웠어요 금토일 7:00-10:00 까지 1층 식당 앞에서 Joy 와 Rich 가 라이브 공연 해주는데 최고에요!! 프라이빗 비치에서 스노클링도 너무 좋았습니다

Savoy is a good hotel, as it is located in the very center of Mactan, not far from the beach. The staff is friendly, on the first floor they give a towel and an entrance to the beach. The room was quiet, as was the whole hotel. On the first day they gave a dessert, it was nice and sweet. The water pressure in the room is good, there was always hot water. A gym and a swimming pool are available. The hotel was very humid, so things took a long time to dry. The floor in the room was dirty, as if it was never wiped.

Great overall experience but just one noticeable comment is when we requested to clean the room, there are cups and utensils not replaced and still in the room when we return. The beach and the pool are nice but no water in the shower and restroom when we went there like 8-9am.

콘센트에 불이 났고 직원을 불러서 와달라고 했지만 왜 와야하냐는 대답을 하고 지금 문제가 생겼다고 와달라고 했고 그 이후에 다시 불렀지만 와주지 않았고 (우선 0번으로 전화해도 5분정도의 시간이 걸립니다 빠른 피드백 없음) 문열고 지나가는 직원을 불러서 해결해달라고 하고 저희보고 1층로비로 가서 말하라고 해서 가서 직원과 올라가서 상황을 보여줬고, 업그레이드 시켜준다고 해서 그냥 환불을 원한다고 했습니다 오후 6시 체크인 바로 밥먹고 와서 8-9시에 숙소 들어왔고 체크아웃 10시반에 했습니다 . 새로 지어진 숙소라고 해서 기대가 크고 서비스도 좋을줄 알았는데 매우 최악이었습니다. 트릿닷컴으로 인한 예약이어서 환불이 안된다고 했고 저희가 트릿닷컴에 연결해서 환불요청하겠다 그때 확인해서 진행해달라고 하고 오케이 이야기 듣고 나왔는데 트릿닷컴 쪽으로 연결해서 환불해달라고 했지만 안해준다는 답변만 있었습니다. 참.. 2-3시간도 안쉬고 나와서 정말 어이없는 당황스러운 피해자가 또 피해를 입는 상황이었습니다 .. 다신 이용하지 않을거 같아요 드라이기는 호텔제공해준 드라이기 입니다

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Savoy. Usage of the beach/pool is included with the rooms. Dinner was fantastic. I had a problem with the room card and the elevator. Sometimes it would not read and missed my floor. The staff was hard working especially during the breakfast buffet because it was so crowded may guests had to wait for tables. It was Father's Day and the last weekend before school started. Other than that everything was great. Thank you.

Overall, our stay was great. The room was clean and conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit, such as Mactan Shrine, Cebu Yacht Club, and more. We’ll definitely come back again or perhaps try Belmont Hotel, since it’s a sister company. Thank you, Savoy Hotel Newtown, for the wonderful 5-night stay!

We had a great stay in this hotel. The food is good and the location is just perfect since we're looking for a place to stay near Shangri-la Mactan. They offer life vests for toddlers in their pool area which is a plus for me since we're traveling with a toddler. 😊

This is our second time travelling to Cebu and we choose to try staying at a different hotel in Savoy Hotel. Great location to all amenities and our kids enjoyed the daily breakfast!

Overall great experience! Love the room and the hotel amenities! Love the food and drinks! Affordable and quality. Though they need to provide more schedule of the shuttle going to the beach.
