Great staff, however, I feel that they are over worked and under paid. This morning when I checked out of the hotel, there was only one person working, the desk, cleaning, and checking the rooms. Yesterday there were no workers at the front desk because they all was cleaning.
The safe in the room was locked, and no one knew how to unlock it. There were no cable TV services, but there was a nice big TV that showed something in Chinese, and no one there read Chinese so I could not watch TV. Everything was in Chinese, from the brochures to the signs on the walls. If you were a person from China, then this would have been a nice place to stay. But for me it was just OK. I thought about going to another hotel, but decided not to since it was just a short stay.
