I contacted the staff on WhatsApp. Her English was rude, like a teenager. I am not her friend, I am her guest. We had many horrible flight incidents with flight cancellations, delays and missed connecting flights, forcing us to cancel our hotel. I submitted the flight announcements as evidence and discussed the situation with the staff. The response was terrible without decent manners.

남미 여행 중 가장 마음에 드는 숙소입니다. 날마다 물 채워주십니다. 마사지도 유료 이용했습니다. (압력이 세다기보단 부드러운 림프 마사지 입니다.) 사우나, 피트니스, 수영장 무료 이용 가능합니다. (수영장은 온수풀이라 더더욱 좋았습니다.) 조식도 매우 맛있습니다.

El Hotel en sí esta bien por las instalaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el desayuno es muy bueno en comparación con otros hoteles de La Paz, el personal es amable pero la ubicación no es la ideal si tienes que encontrarte con personas en el centro de la ciudad. El restaurante en el primer piso tiene un gran menú y lo recomiendo. Lamentablemente no puedo poner una mejor calificación en general debido a que durante mi estancia ninguno de los amenities estaban habilitados por mantenimiento (NO PISCINA). Creo que debía haber sido informado de eso o debían haberlo anunciado antes de hacer la reserva porque los precios fueron incluso mas caros que días anteriores, entonces no compensó. Dudaría en elegirlo a futuro por ese detalle.
