가족여행으로 사파를 가기전에 하루 머물던 호텔 시설이 너무 좋았다. 아침 식사도 너무 맛있고 다양했다. 수영장 시설도 나쁘지 않음.

The location was fine in the middle of the town, though we had to walk a few minutes to find restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the buffet breakfast. It only had noodle soup and bread. Most food trays had nothing. The hotel staff said there were only 10 guests so they didn't prepare most breakfast dishes. Some hostels' breakfast could be better than this 4 star hotel. The bathroom had no bathtub which was fine, but the whole place got wet after shower as water leaked from the shower area to the toilet and everywhere. The room smelled quite a bit when we first walked in and the AC system was partially locked so we couldn't change the AC mode. The only positive was the hotel staff was friendly and let us check in early for free.

對華人是比較友好的，會説簡單中文，最後一天打不到車，酒店還幫忙叫了出租車，第一次到這裡或是不著急去sapa的都可以住這個酒店

地理位置好，距離關口和老街站都很近，出行方便。房間寬敞，衞生不錯，服務態度也很好，就是早餐品種有些欠缺。總體很滿意。

離河口口岸很近，設施齊全，早餐煲的排骨枸杞和老母雞枸杞湯很合口味。酒店裡有卡拉OK和桑拿按摩消除旅途疲勞。

Checking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive. Room (suite) is spacious enough for a 4 star. Good selection of drinks provided in the room. One toothpaste was dried out, though. Furniture was old fashioned. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable. Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside. Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.
