蘭卡威貝拉維斯達海濱度假村 (Bella Vista Waterfront Resort, Kuah Langkawi)

被酒店漂亮的城堡外觀欺騙了，是這次出行三個國家半個多月住的最差酒店，沒有之一。一進門就聞到不好的味道，房間極其簡陋，浴巾像抹布都掉線了，也不提供拖鞋和牙刷。房間空調外機很吵晚上睡不好，想和酒店商議取消第二天訂單也不允許。外面的游泳池圖片看上去很漂亮，實際很小，水也不乾淨，水下有雜物。第三天換了一個酒店，價格更便宜體驗反而好了很多。

房間乾淨衞生，設施完善，緊鄰海邊，在樓上能夠眺望大海，欣賞海景，位置非常棒！ 前台工作人員服務熱情，體貼3周到！ 期待下次入住！

What we saw on booking time completely opposite  Never we never gona go back this hotel in life everything in pictures very poor  I have upgraded my room paid 600 rim to get sweet room who will gona pay me for that

Way too far from city central need to rent car the room is nice though for this price

Best hotel for me

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a lovely grand appearance from the outside, the interior feels a bit dated. A little fresh paint and some upgrades would really enhance the experience! You definitely get what you pay for. My room had two single beds pushed together, which worked out well—I used one for my luggage and the other for sleeping. The bed was decent, though not the comfiest. On my first night, I noticed the curtains weren’t closing properly, letting in some light, but housekeeping was quick to fix it. However, the curtains could really use a good cleaning! The shower was a bit tricky; it fluctuated between very hot and very cold, which made things interesting! The pool area was nice, but there were only lounge tables instead of sunbeds, so I made do by lying down on one. I did have to remind the staff a few times to bring more pool towels, but they were friendly about it. The bar had a limited selection of drinks and food, so I decided to eat out. The bartender was super nice and played a great playlist, especially featuring Jessie J! I also appreciated the option for a late check-out on my departure day, which was just £10 for an extra five hours. The location is very quiet, with not much around, so be prepared to venture out for dining and entertainment. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few updates, this place could be even better!

大きなホテルですがコスパがいいので泊まりました。 部屋の広さは狹くは無いですが。古さは感じます。 海に面してプールが有るのでコスパは良いです。 部屋、プールなどホテルの範囲はWiFiが不安定です。 繋がらくなったて４Gに変わることも度々あります。 プールサイドのバーは３時以降しか開かなかったので 不便を感じました。周りのレストランも朝からは開いてないので朝ごはん必要な方は朝食付きを選ばれた方がいいかもです。食べてないので內容は分かりませんな。近くにセブンイレブンが有り便利です。

酒店環境還是不錯的，衹是沒有華人服務員，需要用英語溝通，房間一般，但公共區域還是真心不錯，就在海邊，還有泳池，可以游泳
