Tilam yang agak kurang selesa, ada yang terasa springnya, katil pula berbunyi bila bergerak. Kebersihan boleh ditingkatkan lg. Selain dari itu, lokasi resort ini di bandar kuah, banyak kemudahan, parking banyak. Bilik agak lengkap, aircond sejuk, ada meja makan, sofa, TV ada youtube & netflix, ada 2 lift. Water filter ada disetiap tingkat & ada bilik khas untik menggosok pakaian
