令人驚喜而愉悅的入住體驗！ 酒店位於雨林內部，足不出戶可以感受到森林的呼吸，置身其中讓人陶醉，在酒店內部有機會看到蜥蜴，猴子等動物。 早餐豐富選擇性多，有專門的素食餐廳，對於素食主義者非常友好，值得一提的是remba 餐廳，美麗的風景讓人心曠神怡，但需要提防猴子搶食物。 酒店的服務令人印象深刻，有周到的接駁服務，幫助我們搬運行李。一對一服務，響應非常及時，還會給我們一些旅行建議，滿分的服務。 一點建議:房屋設施可以適當更新，電視比較小且吹風機過於老舊。

Upon arrival we waited 30 minutes in a very warm reception before we were greeted with no cold water. However after the staff found us and started helping. They were really nice and I felt bad for complaining but we were on a romantic outing and needed some downtime after my wife had a miscarriage 2 days before birth. There was no chance of spa or massage as it was either fully booked or just not running. For the price I could get the same service down the road, but I'll have a room with a pool. So we went down the road and paid 120 ringgit for a room which opens onto a pool. It's all about comparing. And unfortunately this was money lost. But still a nice place just not worth the price.

設施：設備很舊，洗臉盆會堵住 衞生：房間蟲子很多，床上睡一晚被咬的全是包，房間裡都是壁虎，門口也有很多大壁虎。 環境：全部是陡坡，爬坡，很危險，我們帶小孩去，讓我們簽署生死免責協議。泳池很小。類似國內民宿。 服務：服務不好，早餐是點套餐的，等一個菜要一個半小時。

所有的staff都非常友好熱情，這點是入住體驗中印象最為深刻的（寫這條點評也是因為答應了幫他們promote lol）。對於浮羅交怡的中檔酒店來説，這家是不錯的入住選擇。 酒店位置不錯，在小山坡上，陽台看出去一片綠色，偶爾會有猴子過來玩耍噢～距離珍南海灘開車大約十分鐘左右，但因為沒有停車場，所以更適合計劃用grab或者出租車出行的客人。 設施方面，因為不是近幾年新建的酒店，所以多多少少是有一些陳舊的，但總體很乾凈，雨傘/蚊香/餐具/吐司機等小件也一應俱全，很貼心。

服務非常貼心！工作人員都很親切！環境是在一個小山坡森林裡，很清新自然！工作人員會提前點好蚊香，沒有蚊子！早餐的餐廳非常漂亮！食物也很美味！唯一不足就是酒店空調有點吵，其他的都很完美！非常舒服的一趟旅遊

forest theme is strong, space arrange in room is very comfortable, forest and partial sea view is the best, amenities are just soso, service is ok, people are very nice, location is a little far from the cenang beach, grab can't come up to pick up and drop off from the room, need.to climb.

We had a wonderful stay at Ambong Ambong Rainforest Retreat Many thanks for the super warm hospitality shown to us during our stay at Beras Basah from 29th-2nd July by all the staff there - Lina, Putera, Nizal, Azhar and all at Rimba Restaurant. Ambong Ambong hospitality is really 6🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Brought back home many fond memories of Ambong Ambong… 🥰🙏🏻👌🏻 We will definitely be back to your resort when we visit Langkawi next!
