在蘭卡威入住的第一個飯店，大廳設備老舊，接待員沒什麼熱忱，但房間浴室都很乾淨，熱水也很充沛，飯店位置優越，前面馬路兩邊很多商店餐廳，後面就是珍南海灘，景觀很棒，早餐邊吃邊看海，很愜意。

前台按金必須現金，酒店出門左轉就有一台ATM。右手邊有旅行社。對面免稅店，後面就是海灘。地理位置不錯，但是，我們是面對海灘的房間，晚上非常吵。好在每天都很累，沒有影響睡眠。早餐衹能吃的慣麵包雞蛋水果。服務員每天都會打掃。沒有吹風機，沒有晾衣服的地方。其他都很好。

房間衞生還不錯每天都有打掃，位置真的好就在沙灘邊，也不是每天都很吵，熱水量也不錯，圖片是陽台拍出去的落日。酒店對面就是免稅店。酒店還有按摩，價格也不貴，早餐品種還行。房間偶爾會看見壁虎。工作人員態度也很好。自來水水質也不錯，親測沒有沙子蟲子啥的。自己帶的過濾花灑完全沒用上。房間還有小冰箱。

The resort has a great location, with easy access to beach, and the amenities and cleanliness are well-maintained. The swimming pool was also very good for kids, making it a nice choice for families. Breakfast was quite good and offered a decent variety. However, the windows in the room cannot be opened, which made the space feel a bit stuffy at times. Additionally, the staff could be more welcoming and friendly to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in service.

Tempat yang amat strategik di Pantai chenang. Tempat tumpuan pelancong.. Senang untuk para travellers shopping. In front of the hotel ada kedai bebas cukai to buy mostly chocolate and perfume.. ATM machine pun senang didapati. Boleh tgk fire show dari bilik, Tapi sekiranya tingkap bilik menghdap Pantai.

Convenient location close to beach and restaurants. Clean room. Location was a bit noisy. Loud nightlife until late. Bring earplugs.

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my stay at Best Star Resort. The room smelled strongly of smoke, which was very unpleasant. The soundproofing is terrible — I could hear everything from the neighboring room, including someone talking late at night and a woman vomiting the entire night, which made it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The food was not tasty, especially the sausages — they were really awful. The only positive thing I can mention is the housekeeping boy. He was responsive and did a good job — changed the towels when asked and cleaned the room well. Would not stay here again.

Best Location, excellent view, staying was comfortable and food was delicious. Main beach is infront of it . There are many restaurants and shopping places nearby it. Definitely will stay again if I travel to Langkawi.

Booked sea view room but most of the sea view rooms are heavily obstructed sea views with rooftops. Got room 235, which has less than half beach view. Totally cannot watch the fire show from any window and balcony, because of the useless roof although for one of the nights, the fire show is directly in front of the room. Must request for the top floor for minimal obstructed sea view, which seems like four rooms only. The bottom floor doesn't have a sea view but has direct access to the pool. The sea view room is bigger with a bathtub. Recommended to get breakfast here although it is dull because there aren't any other shops nearby that are open for breakfast. For a cheap island hopping tour, walk to ab motel to get it. Unless you really need the bathtub, feel it's better to get the family room for the price and size, since the sea view is quite unacceptable. Seems on a certain night, they will host a special candle light dinner on the beach for couples with a fire show but did not ask for the price. And saw some special celebration dinner arrangements on the beach.
