只能說酒店太殘舊，需要大維修，房間有黴味，每間房間留有浴缸拆去痕跡，破壞入住意慾。 要讚的是職員服務態度很好，有禮貌又臉帶笑容，而且房間窗外遠景無遮擋，所以希望酒店能改善房間設施，不會浪費這些好的資源。

房間挺大， 本來1.35雙床，免費升級到king size一大床加一個1.35米床。這個價格可以了。不算太乾淨，比如煮水壺我就沒敢用，但床單很新，毛巾也還比較白，就是地毯房間裡有點舊。沒蟲，床睡覺也聽舒服。早餐是自助餐，每天不大一樣，稍微選擇有限，但還過得去，炒飯 炒麵，麵包，各種湯，菜都還有。沒拍照，但島不大，去黑沙灘Grab即可，很方便。

整體上可以接受+很好，員工都很友善，早餐提供很普通（能接受）衹是裡面設施顯得有點成舊。酒店招牌不明顯（在地面上） 基本上不懂自己已經到了😅。離市區有點距離，有租車很方便。

Perfect place for family stay. Near to main town. Close to shops, petrol station and all other attractions. Swimming pools were superb. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was so nice and healthy. My kids love this hotel

Very satisfied with hotel cleanse, all the facilities in good conditions and also the hotel location nice and quite from traffic pollutions. Will book the same hotel for next 訂房網站. Near to Pekan Kuah and other interesting places.

The floor of the first room was burnt by cigarettes and was so ugly and disgusting so we asked to change room immediately. The second only one chair was burnt by cigarettes so we remove it but it wasn’t clean @ all so it takes me half an hour to clean it before I can sleep because I was so tired of a full day of tourism activities We have been twice to this hotel before and were so happy so that’s why we decided to come here again to finish our journey. In this context we ask to check out the next and it was accepted without loss of money. I am sorry that I can’t recommend this place anymore because of a lack of cleanliness.
