Booked this place for 5D4N for 4 adults + 4 kids and we were MADLY in love with the view and the private pool! 😍 We’re so used to booking villas for our family 訂房網站s, but this time, A PENTHOUSE? Duhhh. No brainer. 😂 It basically felt like having a villa, but with THAT VIEW. The master bedroom was perfect, the living room was huge, and all the amenities we needed were provided. Everything still feels new, clean and well maintained. Even the little details like using doTERRA essential oils made the whole place smell so good! And THE SUNSET. If you’re tired of crowds, this is another huge plus. People rush to book the best seats and spots just to catch the sunset but oh pls… you can literally enjoy it from your own private pool! 😂 No crowds, no fighting for the best view. Watch it while swimming, chill beside the pool, or even enjoy it straight from your own bedroom. That alone was such a luxury for us. Location-wise, we loved it. There are so many hidden gems around the area. Great food, chill cafés, a really good spa just opposite, the beach nearby, and even a fire show around the area. Although the penthouse itself isn’t under the hotel, we could still use the hotel facilities, which was a huge plus. Another small thing I appreciated: the carpark has direct access to the lobby. When you’re travelling with 4 kids and a whole squad, not having to walk forever from the carpark is a WIN. 😂 There’s no breakfast included, but honestly? Not a problem at all. There are SO many good food options around that I’m actually glad we went out to explore instead. We only booked breakfast at the hotel restaurant on our final morning, and I’m glad we saved it for the last day because we would’ve missed out on so much good food outside otherwise. And Jerry, our host, was great! He was very responsive and prompt from start of booking. But honestly, throughout the whole stay we barely even needed him because everything was already perfect! 😂 Maybe just for some fresh batteries and a new set of towels & that’s about it. LOL. The view, private pool, space, location and convenience made this such an enjoyable stay for our whole family. All I can say is: just book it. 😂❤️ Definitely a place we’d happily come back to!

Very good property. Good service. Drop off and pick up from the hotel to the beach The location is brilliant. The only complaint I have is that the building opens up into a construction site. This should have been mentioned by the operator. I like the apartment, but wouldn't have booked it, had I known it was next to a construction site.

Privately owned apartments that are link to Riyaz Hotel. Apartments are big, clean and well kept. Lots of space, good with group of friends or family.

Stayed as a family of 4. Totally enjoyed the stay. The villa is very clean and the owner is very responsive. Also very happy with free access to the facilities of the hotel within the same compound.

We booked the villa but never get to stay because one of my family members has to undergo a life-threatening surgery on 3 Jun and at time of writing this review, this family member is still recovering in hospital with no news of being discharged. While we understand that once payment made is non refundable, we thought that villa will consider my case on compassionate ground given this emergency situation and would make a refund to my booking but this is not the case. I wrote directly to villa asking if they would consider keeping the villa available for us for our planned travel in Nov but no reply from them. Even airlines that we booked for the 訂房網站 have kindly refunded the cost of air tickets without penalty. We will not consider booking this villa for our future travel

It’s a service apartment in the same building and shared facilities (pool/gym) with the hotel. The check in process is different and you are not really a direct guest of the hotel. Overall it’s very spacious and we enjoyed our stay.
