It’s a bit disappointing that the fireplace is not working. But the house is big and has beautiful view behind. It’s just 3 mins drive from the house to lake Tekapo town center!

This is one of the most well equipped and comfortable place I’ve stayed in. All 7 of us loved the place so much. Feels so much like home, everything is high quality and very very comfortable. Love this place.

提卡波湖超級推薦的民宿，房子乾淨整潔特別新各類設施齊全，廚房用具很齊全，有三個洗手間使用方便，床睡的特別舒服，其中兩個房間窗戶就能看到無敵山景，推門出去就能玩雪，性價比超級高，太讚了。

房間很新，廳和廚房很大，停車方便，距離好牧羊人教堂不太遠，開車去附近大超市購物不遠。

The kingfisher lodge was amazing!!! Perfect distance from the lake and its a great spot for stargazing. One of the best places I’ve stayed at, you can comfortably fit 8 people at this place. It has 4 very spacious rooms with 3 full bathrooms. Located on a flat floor so it can be accessible by people who find walking stairs hard. The bathrooms have heated lights too! The only issue we encountered was that we realized that we were sharing the place with a stranger staying in one of the other rooms! They have their own private entrance and I believe its locked but it felt weird knowing that we didn’t actually have the entire place to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again.
