It is a challenge to contact the property manager as there is no person at site. Messages and calls to the property managers were not returned. There is 0 service if needed. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, although there are fans. However fans are noisy at night. On the other side, it is maintained clean. The location is just on the road side.
