When I arrived, it took an hour to check in due to my last name being spelled wrong. They give you a chance to earn money, but lie about how long it will take. Then lie about serving breakfast for the whole family. The maid didn't put enough soap in the containers in the rooms. When I called for more soap, they lied about filling the bottles. I had to call back to fill the soap containers. She came with 2 bottles and took 1 back with her. She was acting like she had purchased the soap with her money. The towels smell like they had been used before. You have to dump your own trash all the way down a long hallway. All the money that it costs to stay there isn't worth it. I was very disappointed this time at the resort. My daughter broke her teeth while eating a pizza with something hard in it from the poolside pizza joint.

Overall, thought everything was top notch and my family and I had a great stay. Amenities onsite are great, wouldn’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to, and plenty of activities for all ages
