海洋酒店 (Hotel Ocean)

A comfortable and spacious room designed for travelers seeking quality accommodation at an affordable price.

The surrounding area is dirty. The main n only entrance and lobby are so narrow you can hardly go in cause it's right underneath a staircase. There's no place to stop or park right in front, super inconvenience if you have many heavy luggages. The stairs leading to the rooms is narrow. Hotel is situated next to a mosque, sleep disrupted as early as 5am when they performed their prayers. The curtains can't even block the sunlight, my room is as bright as it can be by 6am, again, disrupted my sleep. However, the room is very very spacious and the bed is clean n comfortable. The lack of a table and proper shelves for smaller items is no ideal for longer stays.

1. Receptionist inform ada kebocoran paip direct ke front desk. (Dan ianya dari bilik kami 2. Mereka suspek kami cuci baju dalam bilik. (Sebelum2 ni, selama kami stay hotel, kami tak pernah check in hotel and cuci baju dalam bilik, most of the time, pergi dobi!!) 3. Bila di tanya, kenapa suspek begitu, receptionist jawab nanti habis air di tangki & bilik tu selalu ada kebocoran. (Saya tanya, jadi bilik ni memang selalu ada kebocoran lah! Tapi receptionist denied bila 2 kali saya tanya). 4. Paginya lagi, housekeeping ketuk mahu bersihkan bilik. (Bilik no privacy sebab suara orang dari luar boleh dengar). Hairan, bilik saya saja diketuk, kenapa bilik orang lain tidak untuk housekeeping. 5. Kedua kali housekeeping 2 orang datang ketuk pintu lagi. Saya pun cakap, kenapa bilik saya saja diketuk mahu housekeeping, kenapa bilik lain tidak. Mahu make sure saya cuci kain di bilik kah ni, then cleaner jawab ya.. 6. Malangnya, memang saya tidak ada cuci bajupun di bilik 7. Conclusion, not recommended stay di hotel ni. Receptionist & cleaner is useless. Accusing without strong evidence and base on assumption merely 8. To add, advice hotel untuk cari kontraktor kelas pertama untuk doing work piping mereka. Bukannya kontraktor kelas bawahan. So bila ada kebocoran, bukan customer disalahkan!

The room was ok but i have left my expensive t-shirt in a rush which was definitely there. But somehow the management can’t find it even though i informed them hours after checking out.

Utk stakat tidur, family room dgn harga mmg worth it..murah, ada 1 katil queen & double decker single bed..cuma lantai xbersih ada habuk & almari pun npk berhabuk..kena rajin sapu & mop..pagi2 bising sbb ada org tgh baiki pintu..i suggest klu ada kerja2 pembaikan tu buat time housekeeping (11 am - 2.00 pm) sbb pagi2 mo sambung tidur balik xdpt..bising yg teramat..
