Took a chance which paid off. Great location and a nice rooftop bar to eat and drink at while watching the sunset. Rooms were reasonably spacious and a large bathroom, although not much space for toiletries etc. A little run down, but seemed to appeal to the charm of the place.

Disappointing experience. 1. Hotel's parking is a block away across the street. Parking spots are tiny, larger cars will have hard time parking. 2. Air conditioning units are those portable things on wheels. Right in the room. Very loud, turns on/off all night. 3. Windows open sliding up - don't stay open, too old/falling apart. Also have no screen. 4. Room is the tiniest I ever seen in hotels. 5. Bathroom sink - stand alone sink with no space to put toiletries on. Pros: Clean. Great location right near the beach. Rooftop bar, restaurant onsite and great Mexican restaurant across the street. Friendly service, front desk person was very helpful.
