地理位置一流！！就在碼頭邊上！！而且讓我們提前入住了！！十一點落地的科莫多，本P人落地之前都沒有指定任何行程計劃，落地之後就在酒店附近碼頭一條街上的旅行社裡現場找了個下午兩點出發的日落團，十二點半就被郵件通知房間收拾好可以入住了，美美的在房內換上潛水衣塗塗防晒，一點都不趕時間～玩酒店自己也有合作的旅行公司，是East Cruise，我們圖方便第二天的一日遊在直接在酒店訂掉了，1350000一個人另收425000一個人科莫多國家公園門票，注意要自備好現金，刷visa卡會多收2%的手續費。酒店房型我覺得要麼就訂最普通的基礎房，要麼就海景房，不要定這個看上去大了10平方的地平線山景房，這10平方就是角落裡多了個餐吧和三角沙發，根本就沒用！還不裝窗簾，白天直接漏光照醒我們！旁邊的清真寺🕌也是巨巨巨巨巨吵無比，能從早到晚大喇叭不間斷的喊，怪不得床頭配了耳塞，原來是必需品

酒店大堂敞開式，正對海灘，離碼頭非常近，風景很漂亮，可以看到很多船，風也蠻大的，很舒服酒店分AB兩幢樓，正中風景好，我們訂的海景房，但是給的靠碼頭一側而且是2樓，景色自然不如正中，我朋友在另一幢樓五樓，海景就很好，房間不大，沒有浴缸，但每天有送下午茶，一塊小蛋糕和幾塊曲奇餅乾，頂樓是飯店和泳池，風景很好。早餐品種不算多，但貴在風景好啊

酒店唯一優勢是早餐還是不錯（但也沒有滿足這個價位應有水平），衞生條件太太太太差了！我們兩個人住完以後都出現了丘疹性蕁麻疹，醫生診斷是蚊蟲叮咬，身上一大堆紅色的包，然後還起了白點。後來數了一下，全身一共230個包左右。退房時酒店前台衹表示能不能拍張照，我拒絕很冒犯拒絕了。著急離店，後續聯繫酒店溝通處理，酒店表示不是他們的責任，拒絕任何賠償和補償。並且酒店雖然距離機場很近，但酒店叫車的10分鐘車程也要75塊錢人民幣。簡而言之非常糟糕，避雷！已經是千元以上的酒店了，住出了低於如家的體驗。非常遭罪！還影響後續浮潛和spa行程！後面還開始留斑了。

在科莫多主街靠近港口的位置，絕對數中心的中心，方便出海。旁邊有星巴克、KFC、便利店，非常方便。定的是山景房，對面是清真寺，早上容易被吵醒，需要準備耳塞。酒店正對海景，風景還是不錯的。早餐我們沒定，KFC那棟樓2樓有個法國麵包店，吃個早餐足夠了～

酒店位於Labuan碼頭旁邊，在步行五分鐘可達的範圍內，同時緊鄰海鮮市場。酒店進大門直接面對海景，早餐在露台上，可以一覽停泊各種船衹的湛藍港口。酒店房間設施很新，服務員態度也很好，幫忙溝通當地洗衣房衣服送洗，洗衣房服務品質很好，價格也很便宜。如果有出海計劃住在碼頭附近的話，這家是很好的選擇。

Das hotel liegt schön in der bucht direkt am Wasser. Ganz toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Nettes Personal. Frühstück ebenfalls im 6. Stock. Hat aber Vor- und Nachteile, da die Sonne doch recht früh rumkommt und dann sitzt man in der prallen Sonne. Der Pool ist auch nice. Leider gibt es nur Platz für 8 Sonnenliegen. Sowohl Liegen (keine Sonnenschirme) als auch der komplette Pool sind permanent der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt. Das wird nicht jedem gefallen. Also auf jeden Fall eincremen, eincremen, eincremen.

The hotel was truly wonderful and made my stay so memorable. From the lobby, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the harbour. Although there was some noise from the boats, it didn’t bother me at all as the balcony doors were soundproof, letting me enjoy the view in peace and quiet. I was celebrating my birthday, and the guest relations team went above and beyond to make it meaningful. They decorated my room so beautifully and added thoughtful touches that made me feel truly special. On my last day, I was so touched when the team surprised me with a birthday cake during checkout — such a heartfelt gesture that I will never forget. Huge thanks and shoutout to Devina, Olive & the team for their amazing effort and warm hospitality. You really made my birthday celebration extra special, and I’m so grateful for everything you did. The free airport shuttle made traveling so convenient, and the evening tea cakes were a delightful treat. I also loved the complimentary foot massage, which was such a relaxing way to start my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, but what really stood out was the genuine warmth of the staff. 很喜歡這個家酒店大堂很漂亮入住的中國人很多選擇了海景房床真的太小了房間也不是很寬敞導致我往陽台走的時候總是踢到椅子後來我把它挪走了 🤦早餐好吃海景餐廳

We stayed at this hotel before and after our overnight boat 訂房網站, and it was a fantastic experience. Perfectly located near the harbor and on the main street with food and coffee options. The hotel was clean, and we recommend the seaview room for its comfortable layout and stunning sunset views. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcomed. Our stay included free airport transport and a 15-minute foot massage, plus we enjoyed an excellent full-body massage at the spa. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities!
