[2026/03/01至2026/04/01]據京都市政條例，京都市從2018年10月起徵收住宿稅。徵稅標準根據住宿金額按每人每晚徵收，每晚住宿費在6千日元以下，每人每晚徵收200日元；6千日元以上2萬日元以下，每人每晚徵收400日元；2萬日元以上5萬日元以下，每人每晚徵收1000日元，5萬日元以上10萬日元以下每人每晚徵收4千日元，10萬日元以上每人每晚徵收1萬日元。該稅不分別大人與兒童，部分房價不包含住宿稅，需客人另付前台，具體以飯店告知

旅宿老闆人很好 👍 很free，櫃檯人員人也很好 會大致介紹旅店 和開門密碼 交誼廳使用時間 飲用水取得地方 需要換室內拖 屋頂和一樓戶外可以吸菸等等 下次來京都還會想來住 適合小資族 青年背包客

環境不錯，交通也很便利，不過稍微頭疼的是10月的京都居然還有蚊子…店家能準備下蚊香就好了。 The environment is lovely and the transportation is quite convenient. However, it's a bit bothersome that there are still mosquitoes in Kyoto during October... It would be great if the shop could provide some mosquito repellent.

O hotel tinha tudo que prometia: quarto espaçoso e limpo, Wi-Fi rápido, atendimento cordial e uma localização perfeita para explorar a cidade. Até os pequenos detalhes, como amenities de qualidade e o silêncio durante a noite, foram impecáveis. Dificilmente encontro lugares que combinam tanto com o que foi anunciado, mas este acertou em tudo. Recomendo sem dúvidas!

設施：就是一個一戶建改的民宿。站在門口還好，剛進門心就涼了半截。毛巾竟然要收費，行李代存也要收費。不過是某種意義上的膠囊旅館，衹能説一樣的價格比不了膠囊旅館一點。人家好歹有免費的毛巾、其他一次性用品和行李寄存服務，還能時刻保持安靜。 衞生：還好，這個感覺日本酒店做的都很好。 環境：這家是民宿民宿，不要因為名字正式就以為是個酒店旅館啥的。評價還清一色的好評？我就想問？自己住了難受想讓別人再踩一次坑嗎？ 最接受不了的是晚上九點到十一點幾個女生在臥室旁邊的客廳裡大聲説笑，你不睡被人不睡嗎？戴上耳塞都嚇的人一愣一愣的。民宿管理人員也沒有阻止。住這麼多家酒店就這家最吵鬧，管理失職。 服務：前台是歐美人，態度很好，很友善。 我在日本待了少説一週，換過很多家酒店，這個是最差的沒有之一。不提供毛巾不提供一次性的各種用品，然後晚上還吵的要死。

perfect hostel at the perfect location for you and your friends! The staff is friendly, the bosses are super nice. 衛生： they change the bedding every time!! And clean the public areas 環境：have convenience store nearby and some restaurants, transportation is available 設施：got everything you need

雖然臨近火車軌道，但睡得很好。床比較寬，離開時需把被單、被套、枕套放到回收袋內。缺點是存包服務收費。
