A very relaxing experience. Loved the massage service the bed and the amenities. Would even be better if dinner was served inside the room and was a little disappointed that they didn’t refill the bath set amenities on the second day.

This hotel offers the great location and customer service. My friend and I checked in late at different times. The front desk helped to assign rooms connecting each other. Thank you very much. The room is very clean and cozy .
I will recommend it.

I checked in just for 2 nights to experience a traditional ryokan, and honestly I wish I had stayed longer! Rooms were so comfortable and beautiful, and the entire staff was so kind and helpful. If you’ve never really experienced Japanese culture, they’ll walk you through everything (including the right way to wear a yukata!) The onsen was also a huge selling point for me, and I was not disappointed. Made for a wonderful winter getaway
