Everything was fantastic during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the onsen was impeccably maintained. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and attentiveness—they truly made our experience special. The food was delicious, though we couldn’t always finish it all. This is a wonderful hotel in Kyoto, and we highly recommend it!

조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 직원분들도 친절해서 편하게 쉬다 왔어요. 대욕탕이 있어서 낮에 여행하며 쌓인 피로를 풀기에도 좋았습니다. 조식은 꼭 신청해서 드셔보세요. 니시키시장 바로 옆이라 구경가기 좋아요.

Стильные комнаты, настоящий японский интерьер и завтрак - обильный и разнообразный. Очень заботливый и приветливый персонал. В номерах чисто и вполне просторно.

房間真的很驚喜！做好了日本酒店房間會很小的預期，但是比想象中寬敞。傳統的日式風格，沒有房卡是鑰匙，浴衣很精緻很好看 地理位置：這個位置性價比很高，就在烏丸四條附近，地鐵公交都很方便，走100米不到就是錦市場 服務：酒店工作人員的服務很好！我提前4小時辦的入住，行李寄存在大廳，等我回酒店，行李已經放在房間了。雖然工作人員英語一般，但是服務很熱情，也隨身攜帶翻譯器。

My stay was quite pleasant. The room has everything i needed and even more. The location is great. They store my suitcase for a couple of hours before my check-in, and then brought it to my room.

Great location- just next to Nishiki Market and lots of shops. About 10mins walk from the nearest Shijo stop. Meals were delicious! We got breakfast and dinner. Meals served in a separate room. The hot spring was very nice too.

The sevice was warm. The rooms and facilities were clean. The location was close to the Market, with lots of stuff to do, and close to bus stops to reach the rest of the city. The facilities included a sento, or shared bath, with green tea escence, which was a really pleasant experience. We also had dinner and breakfast service. The food was tasty and the service was personalized. The dinner and breakfast were served at a separate room instead of our own, but it was only for us two. This hotel gave us the full Ryokan experience we were looking forward to, and we're happy with the results. The only caveat to improve is the amount of electricity outlets available in the room which is not enough for the existing appliances, nor for charging our phones. We had to connect and disconnect appliances to do so. However, this is a really minor detail compared to the amazing experience that we had.
