Old hotel but still in a good maintenance. The location is super with the sea view in front of the hotel and can park for free around the building.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Bucht mit direkter Sicht auf die Skyebrücke. Parkplätze sind, nach einiger Suche, in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Das Hotel ist von der Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Check-In wurden wir - mehr oder weniger - freundlich behandelt, würde eher sagen abgefertigt. Scheinbar haben wir die Rezeptionistin bei irgendetwas gestört. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer war und wirkte sehr verbraucht. Es war spartanisch eingerichtet, jedoch alles notwendige vorhanden. Wider erwarten, war es doch sauber. Das Bett war für 2 Personen recht schmal. Im Badezimmer war sehr vieles nur behelfsmäßig repariert bzw. ausgebessert worden. Leichter Schimmel in der Dusche war vorhanden. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an Zimmern war es auch relativ laut. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch nichts Besonderes. Es war mehr eine Massenabfertigung als ein Erlebnis. Im Großen und Ganzen war es für eine Nacht ok, mehr nicht. Der Preis ist auf jeden Fall nicht gerechtfertigt, einfach viel zu teuer. Mit der Hälfte des Preises wären wir einverstanden gewesen.

The recently renovated room was comfortable, the bed was a little on the firm side but we were still able to sleep. The bathroom needs a better shower screen since the floor was soaked afterwards. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus full of rowdy American tourists woke us up as they departed for the day, but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Where do we start, from the minute we walked through the door we were met with a surly receptionist. Checked in, room was very small, but ok, bathroom door could not be fully opened. As for the TV, which was very small, the remote would not work, so no tv!! The previous occupants towells were found hanging behind the door and when taken to reception the surly receptionist questioned as to how they got dirty. No apologies were offered for lax housekeeping!! Would definitely not recommend this hotel for a stay !!

Only a one-night room-only stop over on the way north. We arrived around 9pm, parking easily enough, though some distance away around the back of the hotel. We had to wait while the receptionist sold gifts to other guests before we could check in. Room door hit the bed, which wasn't a great first impression, but although small the room (105) was perfectly adequate with a large dressing area on the way to the large bathroom. No meals were taken, and check out was very speedy at 7am as everything had been pre-paid.

Hotel lovely. Clean and tidy. Bar staff very friendly. Fantastic view of harbour Room, towels from previous guest still on floor, cups not washed, bin not emptied, missing towels. However slept well. Would come back. Thank you

El hotel cumplía con lo que se esperaba de este, la relación calidad precio es un poco desajustada pero no tengo ninguna queja de nada y el desayuno (estilo Buffet) la verdad que nos encantó.

We got a renovated room was we had an excellent stay. Good comfortable bed and a brand new bathroom. The breakfast was buffet and full English.
