We went during summer, so there wasn’t much to do around (not saying that it’s a bad thing). Hotel was clean, but you have to drive to get to this hotel. Toilet was big and spacious. Air conditioning had some issues on the first day but it somehow was fixed by the second night. It shouldn’t be an issue for most people since people only come here during winter.

CP值很高！房間比預期空間大，整體環境、清潔、WiFi 都令人滿意！ 自駕遊關係，酒店提供車位（但車位有限）去滑雪場約5-10mins就到，如果無揸車，酒店提供接駁巴士！酒店內有租借雪具服務（但無使用） 二世古以自駕遊滑雪觀光！可以優先考慮。 如果沒有揸車，要考慮出入方便性。

很好 距離Hirafu 只有8分鐘 ,有Shuttle Bus 接送。 整體唔錯！ 但早上要衝涼要早D開水，可能最近太凍，D水冇咁快熱。客服好好。早餐一般。 4 star hotel

The hotel is quite new with comfortable bed and beddings. Reception staff are expats with fluent English and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok as it was cold and a bit salty so need improvement. Given we came in low season we were the only guest here and we have a good stay with a very reasonable price and good service.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and modern, staff were very helpful, the restaurant was convenient, and they offered a free shuttle to the slopes every 20 minutes. Would recommend.

Comfortable room. Not too far from Hirafu Center, free shuttle bus going to the gondola and key places, but the bus only runs every 30min. Convenient with ski lockers. Not a lot of breakfast variety though.
