酒店與lift chair位置十分接近！步行去亦十分方便！ 房間有齊煮食餐具、洗潔用品，可以在巿中心購物食材回去烹調。 酒店亦提供hirafu welcome center接送服務，不用拖行李回酒店。 （提提大家，請自備牙刷，牙膏，沒有提供）

只能用英語， 對於英文沒有很好的遊客來說溝通上可能不太方便， 很多事情都自己處理居多， 離比羅夫滑雪場走路大約需要十分鐘， 自己扛雪板還有裝備過去挺辛苦的， 也不清楚飯店是否有雪場接送車， 請櫃檯幫忙訂回機場的巴士最後也是不了了之。

很棒啊 房間很大 很乾凈 我們訂的2房2衞 客廳也特別大 我們可以在裡面玩 在裡面做飯 夕陽很美 地理位置也很優越 下次去阿爾布湖還會選擇這個公寓 非常方便 門口還有車去雪場

This hotel is super awesome and I am blessed that I booked this hotel. Their front desk staff are super kind and friendly and you can ask them all the questions you may have. The view from my room (Yama Shizen) is super super awesome and I can see snowing and nothing is blocked in front of my balcony. The hotel also can arrange free pick up and drop off at the Hirafu Welcome Centre which is also very near to the stay. They can also help to book bus for you to go to the New Chitose Airport. The room is also huge and very cozy and there is a washer/ dryer just in front of our room door and the dryer worked fantastically well. My kids really enjoyed the stay here where they can even play snow at the balcony inside the room. The surrounding is super lively and the convenient shop Lawson is also within walking distance for about 10 minutes. Everything is wonderful and I will surely come back here if I were to come to Niseko again in the future.

Excellent service, very helpful friendly staff. Location very central. 5 to 10 min walk to ski slopes and shuttle provided certain timings of the day. Apartment was clean and lots of amenities provided. No daily cleaning unless stay for more than a week. Toiletries provided except toothbrushes. Overall very happy with the stay and will return.
