晚餐早餐都好吃，溫泉超讚，9F有大浴場+露天風呂，10樓還有超大天空風呂（飯店有提供免費的泳衣，那裡超讚一定要體驗一下），香格里拉湖景日式房風景很讚！！（照片最後一張是房間拍出去的照片）

Location- on other end of the row of hotels around Lake Akan boat cruise area so it is further away from the Ainu Kotan (Village) and convenience store. But boat cruise has 2 embarkation points, with one just a few minutes walk on the left of the hotel entrance so this is ok. Also a short walk to the Bokke (bubbling mud). Only negative point is that the carpark lots are limited so we had to use the hotel shuttle to go to and from the car parked in an open space about a block away. Winning point is the roof-top open-air public bath; it is a mixed gender public bath accessible separately from the male and female indoor baths which provides elastic banded tops and shorts to wear before going to the mixed gender pool. Allowed us to meet there to enjoy the beautiful sunset, mountains and lake views. Buffet breakfast and dinners were excellent; even though alcohol was not included unlike another hotel which we stayed in, there was plenty of food variety which were fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

酒店位置就在阿寒湖畔，拉開窗簾就可看到阿寒湖的美景，雄阿寒嶽就在眼前，很美。酒店可以提前辦理入住，這點真的很贊，讓我們這些坐長途巴士過來的遊客倍感舒適。工作人員都很有禮貌。衹是酒店設施有些陳舊，隔音特別差，隔壁住進一家人大半夜一直在唱歌大聲打電話，不敢想象如果遇到旺季大批旅遊團入住會是怎樣的。另外，酒店的軟件設施真的要升級了，牙刷很硬，洗髮水是小袋包裝的，沒有護髮素，沒有浴帽。

Большой отель, уже не новый (либо у нас был номер в старом крыле) мебель сильно потертая, но везде чисто, отличный вид на озеро из номера. На крыше теплый хорошая зона с онсеном и теплый бассейн на крыше. Шведский стол вкусный и разнообразный как на ужин, так и на завтрак.

The hotel is next to Lake Akan and its pier. It’s catered to tourists group. Meals have large crowd. Buffet are standard and offered a good variety of Japanese cuisines. Beers and alcoholic drinks have additional charges.

房間面對阿寒湖、早上沿著湖邊小徑漫步，欣賞秋天景色一流。溫泉很大、有室內、室外；還有一個游泳面積的天台男女共用溫泉欣賞阿寒湖景色。泊車也方便。但前台明明答應7:30 有人來舖床，但似乎沒有下文，有些失望。

The room at Crystal building is a little bit old, and the flush button of toilet is extremely hard to press. However the breakfast and dinner buffet is very good as well as the public bath.

酒店的天空花園無邊際大浴場，景觀非常值得，最推薦，餐廳早晚餐還好，服務人員非常親切，缺點：房間內浴室小，浴缸蓮蓬頭的管子不知道是黑色？還是紫色？還是發黴？看到不敢碰，反正就是去大浴場洗澡就對了，奉勸飯店可以將管子換一下白色的，最少看起來也比較乾淨

是傳統溫泉旅館裝修充滿懷舊因此房間設施一般但能從房間欣賞湖景雪山非常出色另早餐非常豐富坐在窗旁一邊吃早餐一邊欣賞湖景很舒服

是一個比較老的酒店，房間的設施比較陳舊。入住的時候有大量台灣旅行團，人巨多。自助晚餐感覺還不錯，吃得種類很豐富，還有烤肉啥的。房間的廁所巨小，好在可以泡完溫泉直接在浴室洗澡。露天溫泉還是很不錯的，本人很喜歡～
